About This Project

Working with Betfair’s lead agency to plan & deliver a first to market live commentary booth for fans.


Rolled out to 6 racing events over 4 months including Cheltenham, Ascot & Sandown, The Betfair Commentary Challenge allowed race-goers to try commentating on the races, whilst their friends could watch their performance live on the external LED screen.


Videos of their attempt were uploaded to social media with exclusive betting offers and shared amongst user groups to broaden the reach. Supported with well-known names attempting the challenge including Paul Nichols and John Hunt.
